SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders received before 1pm, Mon to Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on public holidays, weekends and after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following working day.
DELIVERY COSTS
- Standard Courier (excludes Rural) - $8.95
- Rural Courier - $9.95
- North Island deliveries – 1-2 business days
- South Island deliveries – 2-4 business days
- Rural deliveries may take an addition 1-2 business days
OverBoard NZ is closed on all weekends, New Zealand public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. No orders are processed on these days. If there are any additional closure dates not listed here, they will be displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.
Our delivery timeframes and guarantees are conservative estimates based on the dates provided by our courier partners and are accurate 99% of the time. However, unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.
- CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING ORDERS
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.
