HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options:

  • Standard Courier (excludes Rural) - $11.95
  • Rural Courier - $14.95

- North Island deliveries – 1-2 business days
- South Island deliveries – 2-4 business days
- Rural deliveries may take an addition 1-2 business days

MY DELIVERY IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED—WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your delivery is delayed, please check your tracking information for the latest updates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues or local disruptions.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time-frame, contact us at support@overboard.co.nz and we’ll be happy to help.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY?

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@overboard.co.nz with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
