Yes, all of our IP66-rated waterproof backpacks are suitable for swimming. However, it's important to avoid prolonged submersion and to ensure the backpack is sealed correctly, as per the instructions. Keeping the roll-top seal as high above the waterline as possible will help maintain waterproof protection and keep your belongings dry.

Our waterproof backpcks are sealed using high-frequency welded seams and a roll-top sealing system. The roll-top design allows for a secure closure by rolling down the top of the bag several times and fastening it with a clip or buckle. This creates a tight, waterproof seal that prevents water from entering the bag, ensuring your gear stays dry even in wet conditions.

Both the Medium and Large Backpack Tidys are compatible with all our waterproof backpacks, including the smallest 20L size. They securely fit inside and help keep your gear organised, regardless of the backpack size.

To clean your waterproof backpack, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. If the backpack has been used in saltwater, be sure to rinse it with fresh water to remove any salt residue. Avoid using harsh chemicals or putting it in the washing machine. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush to gently scrub the affected areas. Make sure to let the backpack air dry completely before storing it.

Our waterproof backpacks are made from high-quality, durable materials such as 900D recycled & eco-friendly PET fabric, PVC tarpaulin, TPU fabrics, and nylon ripstop. These materials are selected for their waterproof properties, strength, and ability to withstand harsh conditions, ensuring that your gear stays safe and dry during outdoor adventures or daily commute.

You can exchange or return any item within 30 days of receiving the item, if the item is in its original condition - unused, in original packaging with the original tags still attached.

Please note: returns MUST be sent via courier. Due to a change in NZ Post processes, any returns sent to our address via their standard tracked service will be returned to sender. Upgrading to a courier service is required.
