HOW DO YOU ATTACH A LANYARD TO THE WATERPROOF TECH CASE?
Please follow these steps to attach the lanyard to your waterproof tech case:
Pass the top loop of the lanyard through the middle hole of the clip so that it sticks out at least 3cm.
Pass the other end of the lanyard through the loop that was passed through the clip.
Pull tight to secure the lanyard in place, ensuring it is securely attached.
WHAT DOES 'PROLONGED SUBMERSION' MEAN?
‘Prolonged submersion’ means the product is designed to withstand being fully submerged in water for an extended period of time—typically beyond quick dips or accidental drops.
Products with this level of protection usually carry an IP68 rating, meaning they are suitable for extended use underwater, such as swimming, snorkeling, or situations where gear may remain submerged.
Keep in mind, while these products are highly waterproof, they’re not rated for deep-sea diving or high-pressure water environments. Always refer to the individual product page for specific depth and time guidance.

ARE YOUR WATERPROOF PHONE AND IPAD CASES SUITABLE FOR TAKING PHOTOS OR VIDEOS UNDERWATER?
Yes, our waterproof phone and iPad cases are designed to let you safely capture photos and videos underwater, with clear front and back windows that allow you to use your device’s camera while it's fully sealed—rated for depths of up to 6 metres (19 feet).
Top Tip:Most touchscreens don’t work underwater, so we recommend using your phone’s physical side buttons to take photos or start/stop video recording while submerged.
WHAT IS THE DESICCANT SACHET USED FOR?
The desiccant sachet included with our waterproof cases helps to absorb moisture, especially in humid climates or warm waters. It soaks up any condensation inside the case, providing extra protection for your electronics. It’s just one of the many ways we ensure your devices stay safe and dry.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY WATERPROOF CASE?
To clean your waterproof tech case, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush to gently scrub the affected areas. If the case has been exposed to saltwater, make sure to rinse it with fresh water to prevent salt residue. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing. Allow the case to air dry completely before storing it.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY?
You can exchange or return any item within 30 days of receiving the item, if the item is in its original condition - unused, in original packaging with the original tags still attached.
Please note: returns MUST be sent via courier. Due to a change in NZ Post processes, any returns sent to our address via their standard tracked service will be returned to sender. Upgrading to a courier service is required.

WHAT’S COVERED BY YOUR 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY?
