Our waterproof duffel bags are sealed using high-frequency welded seams and a roll-top sealing system. The roll-top design allows for a secure closure by rolling down the top of the bag several times and fastening it with a clip or buckle. This creates a tight, waterproof seal that prevents water from entering the bag, ensuring your gear stays dry even in wet conditions.

"Quick submersion" refers to our duffels' ability to withstand brief periods of submersion in water without allowing water to penetrate. This means they can handle situations like accidental drops in water or short immersion, but they are not designed for prolonged submersion. For complete protection, we recommend ensuring the roll-top seal is securely fastened before exposing the duffel bag to water.

The Coolers Dry Bags include an external weatherproof zip pocket with an IP65 rating.

• The main compartment (IP66) is designed for quick submersion and will protect contents if the bag is briefly dropped in water.
• The weatherproof zip pocket (IP65) is foul weather and spray proof, meaning it can handle rain, splashes, and spray—but it is not submersible. Water may enter the zip pocket if the bag is fully submerged.

Tip: Store valuables, electronics, or water-sensitive items inside the main roll-top compartment rather than the outer zip pocket when in wet or unpredictable conditions

Our waterproof and weatherproof duffel bags are designed to handle a maximum weight of 30kg. They are built with durable materials and reinforced seams to support heavy loads, making them ideal for carrying gear on your adventures.

You can exchange or return any item within 30 days of receiving the item, if the item is in its original condition - unused, in original packaging with the original tags still attached.

Please note: returns MUST be sent via courier. Due to a change in NZ Post processes, any returns sent to our address via their standard tracked service will be returned to sender. Upgrading to a courier service is required.
